  Birds flying around. There's always a weird smell, we got a headache and started feeling sick. Had to leave.

  Kelvin? Where should I begin? But maybe I should not say anything. Just to all my black family please try avoiding this store if you can. Me and my Wife drive across the city just to enjoy the one off wilcrest instead being treated as if all people steal. But again we still didn’t let that stop us. Food town is a great store just not this location.

  Kelvin the manager stereotyped my wife & I thinking we were stealing a $2.99 pack of lunch meat. He literally yelled it out loud instead of coming to verify it was scanned when the clerk on self check out reviewed it & confirmed it was indeed scanned. I called to speak w/ Orlando & he said he will take care of it & to come back to the store & he will have something for me. I also informed them I was calling corporate & I did. I spoke w/ Joey im assuming he is the district manager. I get to the store just to get nothing what a waste of gas. All black people dont steal. The way they handled this situation was poor. The fake apologies thats it. I will never shop at food town again & now im getting my lawyer involved because that was indeed discrimination & prejudice.

  I went to the store to buy my weekly groceries as usual. However, when I went to the pay for all my stuff and I wanted to redeem my FoodTown points, I asked the cashier whose name is Delane D. that I wanted to redeem such points but that I didn’t know how to do that. She responded in a really mean way that it was not up to her and that should’ve know how to that. Then I repeated that I didn’t know how to redeem the points and then she “helped me” with a terrible attitude and continued checking all my stuff. Since before paying for my groceries she seemed to have a terrible attitude like pulling my shopping car a bit violently when dealing with the person in front of me, so even before interacting with her she was already in a terrible attitude. I might stop attending this store, I don’t think is worth having such people in a family store like this.
