Most of the time when I place an online order, the portions are much smaller than they should be, especially at this location. After finishing my meal, I often have to find something else to eat because it isn’t enough.

The poor lady looked like she was stressed when the line went out the door. Whoever the manager for this place is needs to relearn how good management is done

It was so bad, the preparer put 3 sets of tinfoil around it. It should have just been redone correctly. Just lazy… It also tasted old, like it’d been sitting for a while and I had to wait 10 minutes behind a vehicle in the express pickup after my food was done. I’ve gone to this Chipotle before and usually it’s a good experience. Need to retrain some employees from last night’s shift please.
