- VRVeronica RodriguezOct 5, 20261.0I ordered four bowls and asked the cashier if they had any vinaigrette dressing available. She told me they had completely run out and would not have any more for the rest of the evening. Moments later, another customer came in to pick up a to-go order and asked for a vinaigrette dressing. The same cashier immediately handed him one. After witnessing this, I asked to speak with a manager and explained what had just happened. The manager then proceeded to give me two vinaigrette dressings, which only confirmed that they were available the entire time. My issue wasn’t the dressing itself, it was being told something that was clearly not true. As a paying customer who had just purchased four bowls, I expected honesty and consistent treatment. The manager corrected the situation, but it should never have happened in the first place. Being told an item is unavailable and then watching another customer receive it seconds later is frustrating and leaves a very poor impression. Customer service and communication at this location need improvement.

When you request fresh food, the staff acts as though you are asking for something foreign or unreasonable. If the outside and front of your establishment are dirty and not properly maintained, it brings your ability to prepare and serve food in a clean and safe manner into question. One staff member started cleaning the tables, and shortly afterward, someone else came out to take pictures. That sequence of events was concerning and contributed to my overall experience. That is why my review is what it is. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the cleanliness and customer service issues.
