- MAMaegan Ashmawee-GarciaAug 24, 20261.0Honestly, the worst Chipotle. The employees at this location are consistently rude and have absolutely no customer service skills. The attitude you get when you ask for anything is ridiculous. The portions are also absurdly small. They give you a tiny sprinkle of this and a tiny sprinkle of that, and if you ask for a little more, suddenly they want to charge you extra for practically everything. Even when they’re serving food, they barely fill the spoon. For the prices Chipotle charges, the portions at this location are unacceptable. On top of that, the restaurant itself is extremely dirty and unpleasant inside. It does not feel like a clean, well-maintained place to eat. I understand that employees have bad days, but when the poor attitude, ridiculously small portions, constant upcharges, and cleanliness issues seem to be a pattern, management needs to seriously address what’s going on at this location. I definitely won’t be going back.

- ACA CAug 23, 20261.0I ordered through DoorDash and this about about how they operate on there. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t request ANYTHING! You can’t even leave a note about your order. If you don’t order the quesadilla, they don’t even give you the option to order the vinaigrette. If you want to order anything on the side for a taco, the doordasher says they charge extra bc it’s already made but if I do it in store, it’s free? I don’t even get the chance to request it on the side before it’s made. I’m so tired of not being about to make requests and have to hope and pray that the dasher even sees my message of any requests. You can’t even call the store because they don’t take direct calls anymore. Ridiculous. If your people are busy working and that’s reason you don’t take calls. maybe the managers need to step up and take calls? Maybe allocate it to a position that isn’t as busy? I’ve never heard of a restaurant that you can’t even call. Guess they’re too good to take our calls guys😂

There was a bug in my bowl, barely any chicken but instead a bug. Then the cheese quesadilla it’s a tortilla folded up many times with a little bit of cheese in the middle! I am NEVER returning or ordering from this location, I spent about $60 and I regret it!
