- DDDara Dudley6 days ago5.0I’ve been to this location many times, and whether it’s the lunch rush and they’re training 3 new employees or there are only five customers, the customer service here is always amazing! They have smiles on their faces and are ready to welcome you at whatever level you want. They are very familiar with their regulars, and this is one of the few locations left (that I’ve been to) where they still play worship instrumental music. The food, service, and cleanliness are always amazing! Highly recommend.

I came in this morning and ordered a grilled chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit along with a Frosted S’mores Coffee. At the speaker, the employee initially entered my order as a fried chicken biscuit. I politely asked if she could change it to grilled chicken instead, and from that point on, her attitude was noticeably rude and irritated. I genuinely felt like I was being treated poorly simply for asking for a correction to my order. When I arrived at the window, I confirmed that my name was Fatima, and I repeated my order. The employee also read the order back to me. Despite all of that, I was handed a completely different order. Instead of my biscuit, I received a circular plastic container with a lid containing an egg and watery cheese—no biscuit, no chicken, nothing resembling what I ordered. I was also handed a Frosted Coffee belonging to someone named Jessica, despite the fact that my name had just been confirmed. I was then told to pull around front because they were going to make my food fresh. I waited over 15 minutes before anyone brought anything out. And even after all of that waiting, the Frosted S’mores Coffee I originally ordered never arrived. What should have been a quick breakfast turned into over 30 minutes of waiting for a simple biscuit and coffee, and I ended up being late to work because of this. Mistakes happen, but this was mistake after mistake after mistake: rude service at the speaker, the wrong order entered, someone else’s order handed to me, missing food, a 15+ minute wait for the replacement, and then part of my original order still never arriving. For a restaurant that prides itself on customer service and accuracy, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I left frustrated, late for work, and still without the complete breakfast I paid for. I sincerely hope management looks into what happened at this location because this was unacceptable.

Call a couple of times no one answered . I decided to move forward to the pick up window, I told the employee what had happened and after he needed to asked someone what to do he got my order , he told me to please go around park and wait that my order will be taken to my car more than 7min when by no one ever came out to deliver my food I had to go inside to get my food . I don’t think that’s a good customer service at all. . No one even care to apologize for what was their bad customer service behavior. I come to your restaurant very often must of the times mid day and never experience any bad service . Looks like late afternoon crew needs a little more customer service training.
