  Stood around waiting to be seated. Then we had to find a seat in the bar. Never greeted and never served. Second time at this location and the first time wasn’t good but I thought I would give it another try. Not again. I will drive the distance to another location.

  We walked in and waited several minutes to be seated, even though several wait staff walked by. No one said they would help us or that someone would be by to help in just a minute. I finally asked a waitress if it was “seat yourself” and she said no and finally cleaned off a table for us to sit. We immediately ordered our drinks and appetizers. When she came back with our drinks we ordered our meals. After waiting a while, our meals came, but no appetizers. We asked our waitress and she said they were coming. All four of us finished eating and our plates were cleared before our appetizers showed up. We came in for the endless appetizer deal and didn’t get a single appetizer for the entire hour we were there. Very disappointed. We will not be back.

  Came after work to unwind and watch the game… Camren is the guy to sit with and chill. He suggested menu options I didn’t were there but were good. Felt welcome sitting at the bar chili g with my friends.

  Ordered online five hours ahead of time for a gathering. Got confirmation of my order via email. Arrived to pick up the order & was told they didn’t have any of the sauce we chose. So we had to cancel the order and then scramble to think of something else to eat. I’m so aggravated that they couldn’t call or alert me at any time during those 5 hours that they wouldn’t be able to fill my order !!!!

  I cant believe how bad this place is customer service wise. Where is the manager on duty? Absolutely terrible service! I was sitting at the front of the door and every customer is literally waiting for someone to attend them to sit down. Nobody is in charge at this place. Its super disappointing. 4 times ive been here and every time I come im disappointed again and again and again. Waitress was beyond terrible. She never came to check back on us, we had to ask her for refills multiple times, my beer took 30min, our food order was screwed up but she did fix it. We had to ask for napkins...I mean come on now... if I wanted to serve my self I would of just stayed home. Lastly I had to get someone else to get my check because my waitress left home. She didnt even have the respect to present who would take care us. Super super disappointed and will make sure to share this all over town that this place is absolutely the worst customer service restaurant. Even the team member was rolling her eyes with her own team mates actions. Where are the managers at this store???? I hope corporate see this review!
