    Customer service was terrible. I tried to call and place an order and the girl acted like it was her first time taking an order and was not helpful. I asked for the wing and fry combo and tried to confirm that they came with fries and her response was “I don’t know” so I said forget it and tried to get just wings and she placed me on hold for two minutes before I hung up and placed online. When I placed my order online I paid extra for all flats and was given 1 flat and the rest were drums. The guy that gave me my food stated “the kitchen isn’t listening so here’s a large fry” 😐 the wings were awful and the fries were stale. Will not order from here again since they can’t get it together.

    First of all, I want to give a huge shout-out to Phil and James for their outstanding customer service. I recently had an issue on June 30 when my order was delayed for over two hours. I requested a refund, but after waiting about a week, I still hadn’t received it. During that experience, I was disappointed by the way the manager, Eric, and an employee, Hennessy, handled the situation. Instead of being professional and helpful, they were rude not only to me but to other customers as well. Thankfully, when I came in today, Manager Phil and General Manager James took the time to listen to everything I had to say about my experience. They were respectful, understanding, and genuinely cared about making things right. Their professionalism and willingness to listen completely changed my impression. Thank you, Phil and James, for treating your customers with kindness and respect. Your excellent customer service is truly appreciated.

    This was by far one of the worst dining experiences my family and I have had at Buffalo Wild Wings. We arrived around 8:00 PM and stood at the front entrance for about 12 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We were eventually told they were cleaning tables before seating guests, even though there were multiple clean tables available. Once we were seated, we immediately ordered our drinks and wings. While we were waiting, another family that arrived after us was seated after us, received their food first, and was already eating by around 8:30 PM. At approximately 8:45 PM, the manager came to our table and informed us that we would have to wait another 10 minutes because they were making fresh wings. I explained that it made no sense that customers who arrived after us had already received their meals while we were still waiting. Instead of apologizing or offering any explanation or solution, the manager simply shrugged his shoulders and said, “OK.” That response was incredibly unprofessional and showed a complete lack of concern for the customer experience. At that point, my family and I decided to leave without ever receiving our food. The issue wasn’t just the wait—it was the poor communication, the inconsistent service, and the manager’s dismissive attitude. There are plenty of restaurants that value their customers’ time and know how to handle service issues professionally. Unfortunately, this Buffalo Wild Wings did not. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements so other families don’t have the same experience.

    ​Terrible customer service. I was walked past by four different employees before anyone even acknowledged me. When I was finally assisted, the cashier was clearly having a bad day and had a poor attitude. I won't be going back.

    My first time ever here and shared that with the waiter who was super accommodating, kind, respectful, courteous, and went way out of his way to make my first visit exceptional. Now I feel horrible I can't remember his name. But if you've never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings I suggest you start with this one. All the appetizers were very tasty and I did try them all. All the types of wings were excellent except the Asian Zing which I personally did not like. There's all the sports to watch on their many TVs to watch them on. Their prices were super reasonable and there unlimited appetizers was a deal I couldn't pass up wanting to try them all as a foodie. Their dipping sauces were great. I will say the honey barbecue did not taste like honey barbecue to me 1t all but still worth eating. The whole experience was great and I for surely suggest if you're wanting to treat a bunch of sports fan friends to a great sporting food place to congregate, watch the game, and eat great food you MUST try Buffalo Wild Wings for sure.
