  Visited 8/22 at 4:30 pm. Went through drive thru. Service was great, food was perfect! Never have an issue with this store. I feel bad for the workers as it was way too hot inside the store for them to be working comfortably. Like OSHA violation hot.

  Twice now that I ordered from here for the same item and didn't get my full order. Do you see the cup of au jus in my bag for the French Dip & Swiss Cheese sandwich? I sure as hell don't. Fortunately I ordered through Uber Eats who compensated me for the missing item. If you're not going to do your job, quit. Some people had a long day and didn't eat until now and to not get what they ordered is infuriating! I will never support a minimum wage increase thanks to employees who don't care to do their job right. I hope they fire you. I'm not ordering from the Shadow Creek location again.

  I like stopping here when I drive close by as it is convenient when going home from the airport, but I am almost shocked when I find it open. Food is always good. This time it took a long time to get someone to take my order, it wasn't busy. The AC was broken and we were fortunate enough to be the only people in the building and got to sit in front of a fan. Had to ask for all the clues that came with the meal, and for the sauce containers to be stocked. Arby sauce was empty. Solid 30+ minutes to get the food. I was going to give 3 stars, but after waiting so long i dropped it to 2 stars after 20 minutes. At 30 minute wait it went to 1 star, sorry Arby's. And then the order was wrong. Not sure that is a double roast beef, but I don't have 30 more minutes. Doubt I will bother coming back at this point.
