  If I could I would give them 10 stars, not gonna lie I’ve never had good tenders but for some reason tasting the sweet heat chamoy tenders they were so good, if you like sweet and spicy and just a tangy flavor that’s your best best! I would so be coming back here. Great customer service! And the wings got out in no time and watching the game, definitely great time. Thank you!

  Hello, this is cat critic69. First off, I’d like to say the food here always comes out very good. I do wish, though, that the meat wasn’t so chewy but instead more crispy. Other than that, the fries always come out amazing. My order usually consists of lemon pepper boneless with spicy sauce on the side and I love it! Always comes out hot when I order it to be delivered home. The atmosphere there is pretty chill, and the people working there are also equally as chill. I do want to mention that I did find this in my taped up delivered drink. Also, I notice that the workers do not wear gloves. I don’t think there’s anything necessarily wrong with that, but I also thought wearing gloves was mandatory in fast food. I do apologize if I am wrong about that information. Other than that, workers are awesome, food is delicious! Cat critic69 out.

  I will not be returning to this location. A young lady was helping me choose flavors and suggested providing a wing tossed in sauce as a sample so I could decide what to order. However, the manager, Raul Trevino, got into an argument with me over a sample. I simply wanted to taste a sauce before making a purchase. Instead of allowing a proper sample, he handed me a container of sauce and told me to “dip my finger in and taste it.” He then instructed the young lady not to give away samples because, according to him, his costs were too high. I found the interaction unprofessional and unnecessary. A customer wanting to sample a sauce before purchasing should not result in an argument with management. What makes this especially disappointing is that I’ve been coming to this location for years. Because of this experience, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

  I don’t know what it is about this location, but they cannot get an order correct. I order about twice a month and in half the time either the dipping sauce or the fries are missing from the order. They won’t refund you for their mistake either since it’s an online delivery order. They will only offer to have you come by the store to get a missing item which completely defeats the reason for delivery in first place. Go with another location is my suggestion. This one does not have decent quality assurance checking a simple order.
