Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Once Whataburger was bought out, you can tell the service and even food quality left with the old owners. Sad because it WAS a Texas staple.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 38 minutes for two spicy chicken sandwich meals that came out lukewarm is kind of ridiculous. Operating partner, Zariah Molina, y’all have to do better.

Worst what a burger to go to they always take 40 minutes to give my food they forgot to give me my Buffalo sauce and gravy I don’t recommend

I love Whataburger so ill go to this one when close but I dont like the service workers will ignore you when you asking something they always act liek it cuz too busy that why I rather drive to the other one on spencer where they always treat you good I try to avoid this Whataburger because service is no good
