Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MHMatt Hernandez1 day ago1.0I order from this place at least 3-5 times a week usually for breakfast, on 05/18 I ordered dinner curbside. I was brought the wrong order and went inside to get it corrected, they proceeded to give me my order with the wrong drink, I asked for the correct drink, was again provided the wrong drink, I had to ask a 3rd time for the correct drink, at this point I was met with attitude from the employee so I asked for the manager, who proceeded to have the same type of attitude. I guess Whataburger trains the managers and employees to have an attitude and not to fix order mistakes. I will no longer order or eat at this Whataburger until the manager and employees are fired.

When my meal arrived, I was offered condiments by a young man that looked and dressed sharp. Each worker was groomed and seemed motivated. Not just your average Whatabuger.

From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right with my order. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and you could tell the team really cared about doing a good job. Also, thank you for the apple pie and French fries—such a nice touch and very much appreciated! It’s not every day you get that level of customer service at a fast food spot. Angel is clearly leading his team the right way. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Keep up the good work, it makes for a stress free experience even when I'm hangry. Oh.. The 3 Stars was only because my burger was really dry, I'd never tried it before and won't again. But everything else was great. Thanks!
