  I came into this Whataburger thinking it was just going to be another regular dine-in experience. However, I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the experience exceeded my expectations. The employees (Guadalupe & Kevin)were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience.

  Guadalupe and Kevin always go above and beyond to provide the best service :) They greet you with a smile, are always friendly and helpful, and make sure you have a great experience every time. Their customer service really stands out!!

  The worst whataburger in Texas probably. The workers were cool but the food was not good. I ate it since it was $14 for a large and skipped lunch earlier. Buns were soggy or wet and would break off in your hand and not toasted at all. Felt a bone in one of the patties, nice. And bacon was half-assed cooked, almost tasted raw like I was eating bacon straight out the fridge. And the worst part of all that should be condemned and deem this location to be closed down is… I told yall fries crispy please then when yall repeated my order back to me through the mic the lady forgot and I asked again “can you make the fries crispy” replied with yes. And then I received some McDonald’s floppy fries bs and almost white as my skin like they was just in the fryer long enough to thaw out and be floppy. I hate floppy fries gawd damnit. That’s it, Freddy’s is the last good fast food burger joint left. Ever since yall started selling out to Chicago , yalls service and menu went to shit.

  Whataburger on Red Bluff has gone downhill. There's always a problem with my order - the fries, burger are not freshly made, or they add cheese and charge more when i didn't want it or order it. It's happened too many times. Maybe it's this location that's the problem and I need to try another.

  Cashier Kanna P Blue Uniform Gives My order to another costumer with same name then two minutes later calls a name Mark and quickly realized she gave wrong order to wrong costumer and I was watching Kanna and I seen that she made a mistake walk around a couple minutes and I asked her where is my order she told me someone gave your order away . By then I'm upset asked for MGR and asked MGR to make my order again , I was very displeased with Service and Cashier not having order made again for me I insisted have talk to MGR. THIS WHATABURGER HAS SEVERAL TIMES MESSED UP MY ORDER IN THE PAST NOT FULFILLING MY ORDER.
