  I used to like this TacoBell. The last 2 times I have gone, we’ve ordered on the app and pickup in store. We walk in and the employees just look at us then scatter. We stand at the register for about 5 to 7 minutes while I can see employees standing around talking. This last visit the food was shoved into ONE bag and the food was smashed. I’m not sure if I’ll return.

  The staff at this restaurant have always been very friendly and nice and overall chill people, and the food always comes out hot! :)

  Service should have been a little better.... took a while to get food. I was 2nd customer inside, customer ahead of me almost left for waiting too long. Employees need to be mindful of language(cursing) and how loud they are talking to one another and maybe cleaning dirty tables. Other than that... typical fast food experience.

  I've ordered a few times from this location and the cinnamon twists taste like chemicals. They smell like it, they taste like it, and the after effect of accidentally eating one is numbness. I don't understand why these are being served if the food is clearly contaminated. You might be wondering why I keep ordering if the food sucks. Its because its not everytime. Ive ordered 3 times over the past few months and 2/3 times have been horrid. The first time i ordered, the cinnamon twists were chemical. The second time, the food was fine. The third time, today, the food was rock hard and chemical tasting. You're poisoning your customers. Do better or close down.

  I would give this Taco Bell location 0 stars if I could. This place is completely unacceptable. Not only is it a terrible place to eat, but it’s even worse behind the scenes. Minors are taken advantage of and expected to carry more responsibility than they should, while management lacks any real structure or professionalism. The biggest concern is the food safety. I personally witnessed plastic being melted into food and instead of discarding it, it was kept and served the next day. Leftover meat is not properly disposed of — it’s bagged up at night and reused the following day. That alone should be a serious health violation. On top of that, managers (who appear to all be under 20) openly smoke THC on the property. There is no accountability, no leadership, and no concern for employees or customers. There are also internal issues where documentation is not handled properly — including situations where employee signatures were forged on write-ups. That is completely unethical and unacceptable. This location needs to be investigated immediately. I would strongly recommend avoiding it.
