  Absolutely horrible experience. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in stall #2 for a simple order. That’s beyond unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. During that entire time, we received little to no communication, and it felt like we were completely ignored. The employee who was helping us was unprofessional and acted like she couldn’t care less that we’d been waiting nearly two hours. There was no apology, no updates, and no attempt to make things right. Customer service like this is exactly why people stop coming back. Management seriously needs to retrain their staff and start holding people accountable. No customer should have to waste almost two hours waiting for food while being ignored. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. PS THEY FORGOT MY TATER TOTS AND THE LADY NEEDS TO DO HER LASHES AND TOES SINCE SHE WAS WEARING FLIP FLOPS TO WORK

  Placed an order in the mobile app. Sonic had no one. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Why are you doing mobile order pick ups when no one is receiving orders. I am going to file a dispute with my bank and chargeback this is unacceptable.

  I ordered my drinks on the app and they were ready when I arrived but what was annoying was I asked the young lady for a drink carrier and she said they didn't have any. None. I had ordered 3 drinks so I had to figure out how to hold one while I drove since I only have 2 cup holders.

  Went home empty handed after waiting 1 hour, it was a big order, 80 dollars, literally got less burgers than what I ordered for my friends. Whoever works there please hire someone who can handle huge orders not a teen with an attitude, I was being cooperative too.
