  Came 10 mins out my my just to get there and they tell me I have to order the big meal deal online only. I’ve haven’t had that issue at any other sonic

  I am going to be brutally honest. The way I was treated here was unacceptable. I ordered fries, a grilled cheese kids meal and a chocolate shake. If anyone knows me personally, I don't throw around complaints easily. I came here expecting edible food, I get it its fast food and I'm not getting a 5 star meal. The shake tasted like spoiled milk. Grilled cheese was incredibly hot it burnt through the kids toy and melted it. The grilled cheese was burnt bread and the fries were so fried, they were hard to eat. I spent $15 to not eat anything or being able to give anything to my kid. I went back with a calm mind, because I know how complaints can be when you work in fast food. But for your employee to give the biggest attitude, automatically saying NO REFUNDS. Then ignore what I'm telling her, remake the food with such a bad attitude and say "the milk is not expired" with an annoyed face and say "its because you ordered a shake on a hot day." Then she shut the window so fast. Ridiculous. Not sure if that's how things are run around this sonic location but worst service I've received on inedible food. I didn't even bother trying the remade food. Don't expect good service here.

  Customer service and “management”’was extremely horrible and rude. I ordered 3 drinks of which 2 Were wrong. I ordered two REGULAR peach mango refreshers one with real strawberry pieces. I was given two SPARKLING Mango Peach refreshers none with strawberry pieces. I told them at the window they were clearly made with sparkling water for which they only took back one drink to remake and was told they couldn’t take the other drink back. They only remade one drink and when I tried to get the second drink remade the manager (red hair lady) kept saying it was not sparkling and it was made correctly, said I just needed to mix it and looked at me as if I was stupid. I left the window and tasted them and it was in fact made with sparkling water which I did Not want and tasted the other drink it tasted like nothing but water. And was never given strawberry pieces. It Clearly states online the difference between both drinks and the manager clearly did not understand. I tried calling but the line was disconnected. Below I’ll attach both drinks and how they’re clearly made different.
