  Stopped by Saltgrass in Pasadena and had a great experience! Our food was great, personal faves are the tortilla soup and brussel sprouts. And our server Ricardo was excellent, he was very attentive and quick!

  We had server Mikey he was amazing proably best server we have had there. Food was amazing as always. We did have to wait over 5 mins for the manger to come to the front to seat us there were several of us waiting for us to be noticed. It was only 3:30pm so it wasn't busy yet. Other than that everything was great and honestly the food and service made up for it

  I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened, and I’ve always loved the staff and the service. This visit was especially wonderful thanks to our server, Madyson (Maddy)! Maddy was an absolute delight. So kind, attentive, and truly a beautiful light. ✨ She made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. We never had to wait or ask for anything because she was always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed. Great service can completely change a dining experience, and Maddy is the perfect example of that. Her kindness, positive energy, and attentiveness really stood out. She is definitely an asset to the team and deserves to be recognized! Thank you, Maddy, for making an already-loved location even better. ❤️ We’ll definitely be back! I did not catch te managers name when she stopped by, but she is also very kind and genuinely cares! Thanks Saltgrass and a big thanks to your team! They are the heartbeat of it all!

  Consistent chain thats been stepping up their wait staff game. Emphasis on customer service seems to be on their agenda lately. Solid menu choices. I prefer to visit during lunch. Try a side of lemon butter - goes great with the green beans & shrimp. Cold salad bowls are a pro move.

  We were going to Outback but decided on Saltgrass, which turned out to be a mistake. We asked for well-done steaks, but all 3 STEAKS were burnt on the outside. Burnt black on the outside, but the center was pink in 2 of the 3 steaks. SERVICE was just as bad as the steaks. The server had a horrible attitude. She looked bothered and annoyed with anything I said or asked. Even my son asked what was wrong with her attitude. She was extremely unpleasant which made the meal worse. I was going to ask her, what was her problem with us, but she wasn’t worth my time. When the manager came to acknowledge us as Landry Reward members she said,“ Thank you for being a reward member, I hope everything was good.” But she left before I could even tell her about the raw steaks and the server’s attitude. So much for feedback or customer service. Long story short: burnt, tough, tasteless pink centered steaks. Appalling service from our server and lack of customer service from management. Next time I’ll listen to my son and we’ll go to Outback. Even the bread is better at Outback.
