  An employee or a friend of called me three days after an order, and threaten violence on my family and I. They took a comment I left in the delivery notes as racist. Manager Aaron did nothing. Police report filed.

  I visited this location for the first time to dine in with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, a young lady who was clocking out informed us that someone would assist us shortly. However, after waiting approximately 20 minutes, no one ever came to greet us or acknowledge that we were there. I eventually approached (who I believe is) the manager, Cheryl, to ask for her name and if the dining area was still open since we had entered around 9:55 pm. Rather than receiving a welcoming response, I was met with an unfriendly attitude and the look on her her face read "why are we here" and "how did we get inside". After we decided to leave Cheryl immediately locked the door behind us. If Pizza Hut is encouraging families to return to dine-in service, customer service should reflect that goal. Regardless of how close it is to closing time, customers deserve to be acknowledged, greeted, and treated with respect. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope corporate addresses these concerns to ensure future guests receive better service especially from a manager.

  I'm giving this location 5 stars for yes the quality of food but also for Ms.Teresa! God bless her she is absolutely amazing. Her customer service qualities and just for being a people person and professionalism is outstanding. Someone give her a raise please! Thanks Ms.Teresa you absolutely made my day and I'd trust you with my food and drink products anytime 😊
