- MSMario Salinas4 days ago2.0Very disappointed on my last visit. The drive thru meals have gotten very small for the money. To start they are always out of the half chicken really early, by 3pm 90% of the time they’re out of it!!! So I ordered a loaded brisket potato and tea for about $20 for a small potato and it hardy had any meat!!! Seriously, they just lost 8 customers who are family members who have been complaining about the same service. Remember that it’s because of the customers you all are open, serve them accordingly!!! Sad that we’ll have to find a new barbecue restaurant to eat at.

I complained to the manager how our food was cold and sides were missing and he said that he would redo the order, but since we already dug in, I didn't want that and he couldn't do it so he offered me a gift card. He said that I would receive it in the mail, but now, a month later, I have yet to receive it.

Sadly, BBQ is as not GREAT anymore as past years. 😢 Bring back the manager Benjamin, he had the evening shift- kids & restaurant in CHECK
