  Went to the drive through around 4:30 AM for my mobile order and I gotta say it’s probably the worst service I’ve ever gotten from McDonalds and I usually do not expect too much from a fast food restaurant. Drove up to the speaker, no greeting no nothing all I got was the RUDEST “can I help you” ever as if she was so upset that she had to be there. I gave her my order number, after about 5 secs of silence, again, super rude “pull up to the second window” and that was the last time she spoke. I then pulled up to the window, greeted her and all she did was handing me the order while acting like she couldn’t understand a simple “hello”… I get that it is very early in the morning and most of people aren’t usually in the working mood or whatever this early but isn’t saying hello back and being a little more nice to a CUSTOMER the least you can do??

  They use the curbside pickups way too much for the drive through, you don’t actually get your order in a timely manner

  I came up and ordered a cheeseburger only mayo and two large cups of coffee the first coffee was 6 sugars and 6 creams my coffee I asked for only cream k asked the girl if she was sure they were right which she said yes looked at one of the coffee sugar but black which is not what I ordered the other coffee had cream and some sugar which is mid what I ordered don’t know if they don’t pay these guys enough to pay attention, but I’m tired of a simple coffee being messed up

  We love this McDonald’s. My child always finds friends to play with. There is no weird people like in other McDonald’s and the service has always been over the top: fast, clean, they listen to you when something is wrong with your order (which is rarely) and employees are really friendly, respectful and I’m gonna say smart, as everything seems to be running efficiently like no other McDonald’s I’ve been to.

  I am very unhappy writing this review. Although I've loved this McDonald's location for over a decade I hate to say I have been what I consider wronged. Approximately 1 hour ago I placed my order at the drive through, after waiting about 15-20 minutes I reach the 2nd window and maybe understandably they don't know which order is mine so I gave to restate what I purchased. After receiving the to bags I say clearly "this is everything?" And get a affirmation of a head nod and a yes. I say thank you and drive off. It is not until I am able to take a look at my food at home do I realize that they forgot a entire burger. I will say this is minor but after all the little things that have taken place to get here I know that when I get back home my food that I paid 33$ for will be cold. I drive back and have to get back into a line that takes another 15 minutes before I get my food and I politely request for a basket of fries to make up for the basket and large fries that have now gotten cold from my previous order. I'm told "you'll have to pay for them" and I understand that but how come I was just given a burger because I said I was missing one? If this is about giving away food shouldn't you have a better track of what food you actually gave to your customers? If so I wouldn't be here. My honest behavior is my downfall in this situation and I only was able to confirm my order because I use the McDonald's app. This service is a facade and I think my request at some extra fries is reasonable to make bygones be bygones. My family has spend thousands of dollars at this establishment and has always received excellent service however not today. In summary, I can no longer recommend this McDonald's location, I am dissatisfied with the service, and I am questioning the thoughtd behind the actions of the employees regarding what they can and can't give me based on their judgement.
