  I would really like to know how you can pull someone up to a parking spot and then it takes over 3-5 minutes for a mango smoothie???? When by the time you pay at the 1st window it should be done by the time you get to the 2 window after being behind 3 cars the service by which they move up cars to make time on the otd is crazy..

  I NEVER leave reviews, good or bad. But this McDonald's on Fairmont Pkwy in Pasadena Tx is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to (25y/o). It was extremely packed which I thought was a good sign. My McChicken was the worst I've ever had. It wasn't cooked all the way but was also extremely hot. It also was ready in 2 minutes which I've worked fast food and I know that chicken takes the longest to cook in the deep fryer. My chocolate chip cookies were made the day before and it was 4PM. I took my chocolate chip cookies to the manager and nicely asked if they ever make fresh cookies or just take them from the display all day and make new ones when youre out. She responded by telling me "those aren't fresh (points at my cookies) those were made whenever that sticker says (it was literally yesterday3pm). I asked for fresh cookies and proceeded to tell her that I wasn't trying to be disrespectful, but I've literally never had to complain at a McDonald's and that the McChicken was the worst I had ever had along with the cookies. She asked again if I wanted my cookies "hot". I told her I wanted fresh cookies. She looked at me with a blank stare as if I just asked her what's the meaning to life. She then said that they don't just constantly keep fresh cookies.. ding ding ding!! Yes ma'am. That's the problem. EVERY OTHER MCDONALD'S IVE EVER ORDERED MORE THAN 2 COOKIES AT IN MY 25 YEARS OF LIFE HAS MADE THEM FRESH!! I gave up and said sure sweety.. make em "hot". Kids are great but this one has a over active playing section with the door open and since it's Pasadena (I was born and raised here I'll say what I want) well.. you get it... It's in Pasadena.. no one's watching their kid and they don't even do anything even when they are watching them. So this McDonald's literally sucks in every category.

  I've been coming to this McDonald's for years and usually never have a problem. Until today. Ordered hotcakes and sausage to go and got home to only pancakes. Ordered a small sprite and ended up with a toddler size cup. When i asked the guy about it i just got a snippy response. Not good yall.

  I came to get food for my kids and wife after work didn't get what I paid for the burgers came out normal even with the special stickers, fries were burned and raw at the same time I'd expect nothing less form an evening shift McDonald crew they can do anything. Over all won't becoming back and I can only imagine they didn't give me a receipt because they would be surveyed very bad. Photos below.

  Best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The workers are always nice, they hustle, and the coffee, and food I’ve gotten are always consistently good. Inside the restaurant is clean as well.
