  Ordered breakfast through the app at 10:27am. I arrived at 11:04am and they cancelled my order the second I arrived, claiming that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. Duh I know they stop serving it after 10:30 so i ordered it before they stop serving it, my issue is that they cancelled it 30 minutes later and made me waste my time and gas

  Drive thru guy charged me for ranch and didnt put the money in a register. I order 20 nuggets and he only gave me 3 sauces, when I asked for more he made a big deal about it. I paid, but he didnt put that money in the register.

  I had to go inside due to the app Wi-Fi signal wasn't picking up. My all time favorite quarter pounder wasn't the same taste I was use to. The only thing out of my meal that was good was my drink. French fries were cold and tasted stale or old. I will not be back to that location again.

  DO NOT EAT HERE!! CLEANLINESS NIGHTMARE! Used the bathroom today, the sink didnt turn on. Went to the front desk to see if there was hopefully a trick to it. The cashier knew immediately what I was going to say. "The sink?" He brought the manager over, I brought up my concern, she shrugged her shoulders and said "I dont know what you want me to tell you." Then I asked "So how do you guys wash your hands then?" She responded "No one here has washed their hands" DISGUSTING!!! Reported to the Pasadena Health Code Enforcement.
