For example pasteurized eggs have been the same price for 2 years even though they say egg prices have gone through the roof and then they said the egg prices came down but they never change them once there. Overall is the best grocery store in the country

Literally don’t harass customers and just piss them off all over again. The call served no purpose or resolution to the problem.

I declined at the register but ran into another employee in the parking lot and he offered to help me and I was struggling 🥴 so I accepted his offer. He was so sweet and patient with me trying to get my baby settled in the car and he loaded up all my groceries for me. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered anything but kindness from the employees at this location. They are always so helpful! Thank you H-E-B 🫶🏻

One of their employees felt it was appropriate to shout at me asking about my pregnancy across the front of the store. This is incredibly invasive and disrespectful and when I brought this to the attention of a manager, nothing was done. The employee was not spoken to about her incredibly inappropriate behavior and im left to believe the company finds this kind of crude and tactless behavior acceptable. I expected better from a company that puts so much effort into creating a supposedly welcoming environment. Deeply dissapointed in the Pasadena HEB and I will be sure to share my experience so other women aren't subject to this shameful behavior.
