  I got better customer service from these kids at this Dairy Queen today than I have at other sit down fancy restaurants Food is hot It’s super clean !

  At first it was fine. Everyone was nice ice cream came out fast and good. Afterwards, we decided to order nachos…. We waited and heard a ding and knew we were the only o es that had order as it was only us and another table, so we waited a min or so and then just went up cause no one brought it or called it out. Once we got up there we could see it was our food. We asked serval times for the food and everyone just ignored us (literally, ignored us) that is so embarrassing... I honestly did not even want the food after that. I told my husband to just ask for a refund but he was trying to be nice… The lady even went to prepare maybe a drive through order but we again said, we ordered nacho's and the chips are going to get soggy as we heard the ding a few mins ago. Finally, someone got it. The reason we are doing the review of course the service was bad and un-excusable but the table behind us did an order after us and they brought their whole order on a try. Another thing, I wanted to point out is it was barely 9 and they were already cleaning everything up in the dinning area. When we walked in we needed to clean our own table. No tables had been wiped down but after having to beg for our food yall cleaning to go home. Actually, the girl had already started to clean before we did the order. Camera can be checked with all my concerns in this review. The point is to make us feel important and welcome. We do not have to come here… there are plenty of places in Pasadena to go to.
