  I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Brooke at Dairy Queen for truly outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind in a way that you don’t come across very often anymore. What really stood out was how far she went beyond the basics. She was patient, made sure everything in my order was exactly right, and handled everything with a positive attitude that made the whole experience better. Even when things got busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and focused on making sure each customer felt taken care of. It’s clear that Brooke takes pride in what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Employees like her are the reason people come back—not just for the food, but for the experience. Dairy Queen is lucky to have someone like Brooke on their team. Thank you, Brooke, for going above and beyond. It really made a difference.

  This is by far the cleanest Dairy Queen I've ever been to and I've been to many Dairy Queens in my 48 years. Great service as well. Smiling and friendly people waiting to serve you.

  This Dairy Queen has the best tasting food of any of the Dairy Queens I have been to in this area. The place is so clean as well. However, we visited this location and ordered cheese with our food, were charged for it and did not receive it. The burgers were burnt and we also noticed we got two tops on one burger and two bottoms on another! LOL. The place was not busy when we came in either. I don't know what happened that day for everything to be so bad. I took a photo of the food with no cheese and had the receipt with the charge of the cheese clearly shown on the receipt. We go there often ever since we found out their food tastes the best. I thought I could just show them the picture with the food and the receipt in the same photo and they would put cheese on our food the next time we came in, but just not charge us for it. I proceeded to order the food with cheese after showing her the picture on my phone. She said nothing and rang up our order. I looked at the total and realized she was charging us for cheese again. I said something and she said there is nothing I can do about it now. You should of returned here the same day it happened. I told her we were already home and starting to eat before we noticed there was no cheese. I am very disappointed in this location now. It's a real shame too. I imagine I will continue to go here since the food does taste the best most of the time, but we will not be ordering any extras on the food since we will not know if we will actually get it.
