  There are cockroaches on the table... it's horrible!!! The waitress who served us seemed more concerned about the tip than about providing good service. We feel truly dismayed by the way we were treated—it was racist service.

  I don't think the bartenders understood server 101. When my food arrived I had to walk to the kitchen to get napkins for my wings. They left the dirty plates on our table so long we just put them on another table that still had dirty dishes on there.

  Terrible service, unfortunately. We came here because it was my son’s birthday and this was his pick. I was hesitant because every time we come back hoping the service has improved, we end up disappointed again. To be fair, the food itself was decent, but the service was enough to overshadow the whole experience. Maybe Brian was just having a bad day, so I’ll give some grace there but overall, it felt like they did not want our business. When we arrived, there was only one family ahead of us. We asked about the wait and were told 30 minutes, but somehow a table was suddenly available within 5 minutes after we decided to stay. Our server, Brian, was very unwelcoming and seemed visibly inconvenienced that we were there. We ordered wings and fries, and the boneless wings came out overcooked and rubbery. We had no silverware, no napkins, and every time we asked for something, it felt like we were bothering him. Even when we would say thank you, he would completely ignore us and just walk away. To make matters worse, our food came out in half of a to go box - literally a to go box that was halved. Because, according to Brian himself, they had run out of plates; for a family dining in. That was disappointing and honestly strange for a restaurant. To his credit, Brian did bring us extra fries after noticing our “large” fry portion was pretty small, so I’ll give him that. The restaurant itself was uncomfortably hot, sticky, and felt unclean. The women’s restroom was disgusting, and my boys said the men’s restroom was no better. My stall faced directly toward the door, the lock didn’t work at all, and there was a large gap in the door ,a major privacy issue. We used to be regulars here, and seeing the place nearly empty on a Tuesday (BOGO wing night, which used to be packed) should have been my first sign. The most disappointing part, my son wanted dessert for his birthday, but our server brought the check before we even asked for it, which made it pretty clear our table was being rushed out. We still tipped because that’s just who we are, but I genuinely hope Brian has better days if he plans to stay in service. Sadly, this place continues to disappoint. Save yourself the trouble and go down the road to Bubba’s instead.

  Came to watch the Astros & Rockets. We were s group of 9 & knew that we would have a wait being Friday. We did wait for about 30 minutes since we saw it was easier to seat the two's or 3 group. We finally told them we were willing to eat out on the Patio. It was empty & were seated immediately unfortunately the fans & lights were not working. We were greeted by Haley & inspite of the short staff SHE WAS AMAZING! Haley was very polite, informative & great persona. Our food was very good & my granddaughters did the cheese stretch, awesome! We enjoy coming & wouldn't mind the Patio again if it was kept up better. Again, THANK YOU HALEY, GREAT JOB!

  The young skinny black waitress with the long braidedhair was a very slow to help us then I ask for cups to go to put our sodas and she brings cups already full and she put water in one .she gave off a horrible vibe . Never want her as a server again if we go to that location but I dont think we be back to this location.we noticed she brought appetizers to other ppl that got there after us . She had some type of issue with us then she said they ran out of chili crisp wings but told us this 20 min after we ordered . Horrible waitress p.s there was no greeder to seat us at door we sat ourselves. Then when we left the greeder at the door was mean mugging very unfriendly place
