  Awful experience. Went there on national coffee day. Paid over $3 for a small black coffee. Girl at the register was telling me tips are appreciated when she handed me the screen. I had to ask for the “national coffee day” incentive. It was a sticker. When she handed me the coffee she was like be careful it’s really really hot and the moment I held it the lid popped off and scalding hot coffee went all over me and my car. I attempted to put the lid back on but the cup was so flimsy it would not stay on. I had to ask for another one and was told that’s just the way the new cups/lids are. So finally they gave me a half filled medium cup . Taste was awful. Will never be returning. So mad I wasted my time and money and left with burns and a coffee soaked car.

  I just love the environment and all the employees seem very happy and joyful not like at other places. I wore my 7brew shirt that I received on one of the opening days, and the girl at the pick up area joked with me and said “girl you better clock in you late for work” I appreciate the hospitality and humor. It was a great way to start my morning I needed my drink and the bit of sunshine all the employees give. Keep up the good work I’ll be in soon! It just makes me want to go keep going back and spend my money on great quality service and products.

  I never would complain or even say anything but I been to this location more than once every time I go one day it’s okay with there attitude then the next day it’s attitude and rudeness for no reason so today this girl was talking to her coworker then looked at me laugh me knowing to will they were making fun of me and I was already getting nervous I started feeling like I was getting pressure to hurry up and when that happens I shut down going Blank on what I was going to do the girl keeps looking at me then looking and her coworker rolling her eyes at that point I order and then paid her then just not pay attention to the way she was acting after that I just left I never felt so embarrassed knowing that they made me feel uncomfortable and judge this never happen the other time idk if she was having a bad day not to mention she didn’t even scan my code or ask for my phone number that I put a 3 star .

  This was my first time coming to 7 Brew, and Sophia absolutely blew me away with her customer service! She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made the experience memorable. 7 Brew gained a new customer today thanks to her! I’ll definitely be back.

  The lady in sunglasses was so rude and her and two other workers were talking trash about a request I made right in front of my friend and I 😞 it’s a shame I love the stand but this isn’t the first time someone’s been rude here to me too Not to mention, they were also talking trash about a Lady in front of us as well, which I thought was very rude and unprofessional. I understand that customers can make us angry, but we don’t do it in front of their faces. Save that stuff for the work group. Chat? Or like Something else not in the drive-through while I’m waiting for my drinks and hearing y’all gossip at work. In the video, you can barely hear it, but here’s a video of her and her coworker, talking trash about us in the drive-through while we’re still waiting for our drinks
