  The drinks were okay, but the customer service felt really cold and awkward. We were friendly and polite, saying hi and thank you, but the employee seemed completely uninterested. Taking our order she barely greeted us and acted very disconnected. Another employee had this whole too-cool-to-care attitude that made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It wasn’t horrible, just definitely not the upbeat and friendly atmosphere I expected from 7 Brew. First experience and last experience at this location.

  Absolutely love everyone here! Its worth my 20 minute drive. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Banana bread Blondie is my most favorite thing in the world lol today I discovered their sugar free option and let me tell y'all.... It's exactly the same flavor! Anyway! Best location hands down! Thank you all for the coffee!

  This tastes good but it was packed with so much ice. It's a medium and I only got two drinks out of it before it was nearly gone. I paid $6 and some change. I'm very disappointed. Please do better and be considerate.

  I’m really disappointed with the 7Brew location in Pasadena, TX. Unfortunately, it’s the only one close to me, which is why I keep coming back, but every visit ends up being frustrating. Every time I come here, my order is wrong and has to be remade two or three times before it’s finally correct. It’s not just a one time issue, it happens consistently, and I don’t understand how the same mistakes keep being made. What makes it worse is the attitude from the staff when I ask for my drink to be fixed. I’m not asking for anything extra, I just want what I paid for made correctly. Instead of being understanding, they often come across as rude or annoyed, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. The biggest issue is that I don’t have this problem at other 7Brew locations, so it’s clearly specific to this one. I really hope management takes a closer look at what’s going on here, because the inconsistency and customer service need serious improvement.

  I had one of the most wonderful morning experiences ever in a long time this morning when I decided to give this place a try I’ve been wanting to come here for a long time. I was blessed to be able to come across a very sweet, polite, young lady, named Viri!! I was in a hurry. I had no idea what I wanted. I asked her what was one of her best recommendations and she was so sweet to ask me what I liked, and if I liked banana bread and caramel, and I told her yes, and the way she described the drink just sounded so delicious. I wasn’t paying attention cause I was in a hurry, but I know that the drink taste like banana bread and caramel and it’s very creamy and delicious and it’s got the espresso in it and I was in and out, and I will definitely be back!!! Thank you, Viri for your kind, generous and sweet personality and the favor you did by helping me get my drink and be able to leave!! Not to mention, my coffee is amazing and I cannot wait to come back again and get another one. It was so delicious. Thank you so much.!!!! Give this place a try guys y’all won’t be disappointed!!
