Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- IWIrene WilliamsMay 2, 20261.0This establishment always has Flys flying around in the restaurant. Alot of them. And they don't teach there employees how to clean up . The tables are always dirty in there. They sometimes mess the food up and people are rude.

The whole atmosphere is disgusting.The staff friends hanging out in thier acting rude in the lobby. Im not going thusr again for nothing. Plus the food came cold, it was probably already sitting thier ,so it wasn't made till you order it
- DBDon BirdApr 13, 20264.0We stopped in for an early lunch on our way to Southeast Oklahoma. We got there just before the lunch rush. There was no line but we had to wait a bit because the only cashier was on the phone, apparently taking a phone order? Then an employee opened a second cash register and took our order. I ordered my burger without a bun and it came in a tray with the condiments nicely laid out next to the patty. We both enjoyed our meals and the cashier was fun and ready to laugh. We thought the restaurant could have been cleaner.
