  No customer service skills. I came to this Dairy Queen to get some ice cream as I was going through Paris, Texas. Once I got up to the drive thru the employee working drive thru jad me wait for like 3 minutes. When he was ready to take my order, he did not even acknowledge that he was ready. I just sat there, but I eventually just drove off. I'm really big into customer service and I won't be back.

  Ordered food for my family & someone took my kids free icecream coupon on their kids meals. Our orders didn’t come with gravy & their phone isn’t even in service. Great so this dq on the loop is just as bad as the one on the Lamar.

  first time trying a Dairy Queen in Texas..the ones in Oklahoma have a different menu..we wanted to try a few things we dont have..the store was completly chaotic..food piled up in the pass thru not getting to customers..it was like no one knew what they were doing..this was today(Sunday around 12:50 pm)..waited over 20 minutes to get our order..if this is what its like at Dairy Queens in Texas i will never stop at another..now to the food..the tacos were really good(Dairy Queen we need them in Oklahoma)..steak fingers were good..for some reason they were removed from our local store..the chicken fried steak sandwich was not good at all..this store needs new management so maybe employees could get the training they need..they will leave a generic response like they really care but corporate America doesnt care at all.

  Fantastic place. Ask for the Fruity Pebble blizzard, it's delicious. Michael is the man btw. Should be employee of the year.
