  Literally in 19 years of living here the order is never right. Strawberry Dragon Fruit Slush sent back and gave us the exact one we DIDN’T order with a, “This is the only one we had.” 40 minute wait, only one carhop during busy lunch. Never got our sauce that we requested when we placed our order. This is typical of service here.

  After a 5 hour drive we decided to stop and eat in Pampa .. we chose Sonic, wanted to stretch and relax a bit before getting back on the road... I placed a $35 order and was only given 2 napkins🤦‍♀️ they did not give us a wacky pack kids meal I ordered with our meals.. so on top of asking for more napkins I had to ask for the kids meal I did not receive... We were not given nor asked if we wanted any condiments, so again I had to go back a second time around for ketchup. Sad thing around all this is that Sonic was not busy at all, and to get a bad customer service experience was upsetting.

  Decided to go to the Pampa location after avoiding it for years and the lid wasn't on my drink all the way which spilled all over my car and myself the girl told me she'll come back with napkins continued to serve other people and came back confused asking if I still needed napkins. 0/10 will definitely keep avoiding this location.

  The crew is always young, most are rude and they don't get in a hurry at all.
