- SMSoraida MunozJul 12, 20262.0Is there not training on bagging groceries? Or common sense at least? Every single time I shop here I have to fix my groceries at my trunk. Fruits squished by cans, meat put with detergent, and bags filled to the brim. Tortillas are always broken in half because they are put with cans and yogurts have exploded because they are so packed in. There needs to be trainings done.
- JGJose GalindoJun 25, 20261.0I as a former HEB employee I’m leaving this bad review about this gas station partner Eleanor, even though I spoke to the manager today which she was kind and respectful I cannot say the same about their employee Eleanor. A couple of months ago I payed a certain amount to pump gas at the station and this Eleanor lady refused to count the coins to pump gas, she did it to me and an old sweet lady that was there at the time giving us bad service and today was no exemption. I told her I wanted to pump this amount with coins included and she retained me there saying she needed to count it which I agreed, in the process she was graving the coins and she handed me back a 10c coin back to me so I assumed I gave her extra change so I asked her if she was giving me back the 10c and she was like “no I want you to put it in my hand” so I was like no way dude, if this is a joke is definitely a bad one cause I’m in a hurry and I gotta keep rolling it, so I did as she said and said “ok so that amount on pump 8 ok” and she said “sir I still need to count it” so I was like ok you wanna play that game let me pull out my phone to record her and publish her on social media (well that’s what everyone does nowadays and because I was not for it no more this been the second time to deal with this mean lady and I’m pretty sure other have dealt with a million times before with her). (Hey if that was me someone making a complaint about me of course my former manager woulda definitely bring it up to me) as she saw me with the phone in hand she said “oh no, no pictures”, and I replied “I’m gonna leave you a bad review”, she was like “no sir, I told you no pictures” so she handed me back the amount given refusing me service, so I told her “oh wow, so your refusing me service?” Which she agreed and said “yes I told you no pictures,” so I put my phone away and said “ok” , “ no pictures but I’m gonna leave you a bad review and speak to the manager”. So I did. Manager took the time to listen to me and she was very professional the way she listened to me and agreed the gas pump service lady was wrong and she promised to take action and offered me an apology… I’m not doing this for living or to seek attention, is about that no one has to deal with this kind of situations with power tripping employees making people feel bad all the time with their bad service…
