Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Ordered my food and within maybe 20 seconds or less my food was ready shout out to Xavier for making it quick🤘

I am writing this review in hopes that management addresses severe service and oversight issues at this location.
I placed a mobile curbside order (Order #214118021) at 1:06 PM due to a long drive-thru line. Despite being the only car in the designated curbside pickup area, no one brought my food out. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to go inside to inquire.
Upon entering, I observed a large group of young staff members horseplaying behind the counter rather than focusing on orders. Staff initially struggled to locate my food—even though it was submitted under my name—only to find it sitting forgotten in a drawer. Because it had been sitting for so long, it had to be remade. When I attempted to bring the overall situation to the attention of the shift lead/assistant manager on duty, I was met with complete indifference ("huh?").
In total, I spent over 25 minutes waiting for a simple mobile order at a time when the lobby and curbside were dead. To make matters worse, after the long wait and remaking the food, the order was still prepared incorrectly and they completely forgot to include basic necessities like napkins or condiments.
The complete lack of leadership, accountability, and attention to detail is unacceptable. I hope upper management steps in to retrain this team on order fulfillment, quality control, and basic professional conduct.

Horrible experience bad service.😠 we came to get breakfast and it was 10:53pm employee said sorry we aren’t serving breakfast yet. So I went around to get in line again and waited until 11 pm when I got to the speaker I asked for a bob sausage and she said oh sorry we don’t have breakfast. So I asked her can I order and wait for the food and she still said no. Im so confused at this point and I’m like you don’t have any breakfast like I can’t order anything? And I can hear her talking to what I assume is the cook and she asks him hey tienes breakfast down and he said no and she comes back and tells me yes it’s cause we had a school and we still don’t have breakfast. But if she knew already she could have told me the first time I asked for breakfast. It was just a bad experience and I hope next time the are more prepared to handle a rush. School events or regulare customers.
