  The manager Mary left and now it feels like teenagers running it. It's dirty and takes forever to wipe tables and change trash bins.. it's blah!!

  This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve been to! The team is always lost! I went to order through the drive thru today because they take forever to give you a curb side order since they prefer to service the drive thru! I pull up to the intercom, she asks if I am using the app I said only for the points, she takes my code, I am about to order and tells me rudely to hold on. Then she decides to take the order of three other cars in the other lane. I said hello on the intercom to call her attention, she comes to take my order. I asked is there a reason why you took the order of three other cars that got here after I did? I thanked her for her unprofessional and rude customer service and told her to forget it!

  To begin, I recently visited a restaurant for a meal after a long workday. I arrived early, ensuring I was there before closing time. I decided to use the drive-through service, but unfortunately, the cashier couldn’t hear me due to the heavy rain. Despite the inconvenience, I managed to place my order. Regrettably, my burger was forgotten. I had to return to the H-E-B parking lot, unsure of the restaurant’s policies regarding such situations. When I informed the staff, they apologized and promptly provided me with my burger. The burger was a standard homestyle burger, but I had requested it with cheese and without onions. Unfortunately, the cheese was omitted. When I unwrapped the burger, it looked like this: I refrained from returning to the restaurant to complain because I was concerned about potential contamination of my food or damage to the burger. This experience has reinforced my decision to avoid McDonald’s in the future. Instead, I’ll opt for Jack-in-the-Box, where I’ve had more positive customer service experiences. While I’m not sure if McDonald’s corporate will review this incident, it serves as a reminder of the importance of addressing customer complaints promptly.   HORRIBLE SERVICE! Always take forever to hand out the order. Mine you mean while with no one dining inside the restaurant and all the workers just standing inside. Had us waiting 30mins in the drive thru for our simple order of chicken nuggets while 4 or more cars behind me with bigger order kept leaving.
