Our cashier Kiersten was tossing my moms groceries to me because I told her I would take care of whichever groceries my mom couldn’t take. She looked bothered from work & blurted to the next cashier saying “what time do you get out” the guy in the next cashier said 9:45pm & she said back to him “I get out at 9:15pm ON THE DOT!” Mind you, my mom & I were both in between these 2 cashiers. & the time was 9:18pm when she said this. Basically emphasizing she wants to leave already. Like okay girl, if I were to know you had to clock out at that time that’s something the manager or rep should take care of instead of taking it out on the public. I’m so upset we always come to this HEB & for some reason everyone always stressed or has a bad vibe. I don’t know if the management isn’t good here or whatever but common. We just need to get our groceries & leave. No one wants to be hearing any negative comments or remarks. This happens more than often. Especially with the younger cashiers showing frustrations to the older crowed. HEB really needs to show training to a lot of the staff here.

At the HEB locations I’ve been to before, it’s usually near the bread and cookie aisle, so I was having trouble finding it. Sergio took the time to help me locate it and showed that he truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He was very helpful, friendly, and provided great customer service. I really appreciate his willingness to help!
- JHJennifer HernandezSep 10, 20261.0Went to buy chicken from the flaming bird area. There was one guy getting his order and us. Then a lady started to from a straight line to the right of us , but the serve had already seen us before anyone else got there. He took the other lady’s order first skipping us and told us we had to form a line even though we had been waiting a while in line first!! This demonstrates the lack of professionalism and customer service from his end making us feel ignored given the fact that he had already seen us there first! The way he pointed out that the line always started where the lady was standing confused me since we are regulars and have always ordered where we were standing. I left because by this time another 3 people were behind the lady and I wasn’t gonna form a line again when I was already second in line behind the first guy. Time I was there 1pm more or less today September 10, 2026. Very disappointed since I’m a regular and this issue has never happened only with this new guy that I had never seen in that area. Will no longer buy from him if I ever see him there! HEB do better, some type of marking or sign that states line start here so no other inconveniences happen like this again.
