    The customer service I received was extremely disappointing. From the lack of communication to the unhelpful attitude, the entire experience felt frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I expected basic professionalism and courtesy, but unfortunately, neither was provided. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience. Good customer service should make customers feel heard and respected, not ignored and frustrated.

    Rude barista he was very disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and drive past this dumpster. You’ll save time and money. The guy who made my drink was nice.

    The guy taking our order was extremely rude and disrespectful. His attitude made the experience very uncomfortable and was completely unnecessary. Definitely not the customer service I expected from Dutch Bros.
