  I’m unsure if the employee’s name was actually Ashley, but that was the name on the receipt and the app/order screen. The customer service tonight was terrible. While my son-in-law was ordering, after only one item was said, the employee immediately cut the speaker off and put the total on the screen as if he was done ordering. He had to press the button again just to continue ordering, and the employee rudely responded with, “What do you want?” Then when our cheese sticks came out with no marinara sauce, we pressed the button again to let them know, and once again the person answering just ended the call without responding. Also, the system showed “Ashley” was supposedly already on the way with the food long before anyone actually brought it out, making it seem like wait times are being manipulated to look better than they are. Whoever is taking orders tonight has absolutely no customer service skills and is giving this Sonic a bad reputation. We understand places get busy, but being rude, ignoring customers, and hanging up on them is unacceptable.

  Do not come to the sonic unless you have ordered at least 20 minutes ahead on the app cause that’s how long it’s gonna take you to get your food

  Took 30 minutes to get 2 drinks then sat and watched others get food when they arrived after us. Ridiculous
