  Ordered from the app and when i got my order, half of it was wrong, and one item was missing. Been doin business here since 2001, the quality has gotten worse each year, i dont think i will be returning to this store anymore!

  The most unprofessional sonic i’ve ever been too. i went to order food and was told i had to place an online order for mozzarella sticks, i placed the order online and sat and waited on my food for an hour and a half only to find my mozzarella sticks uncooked and old. They ran out of mozzarella sticks so they decided to replace them with onion rings without asking first. By far the worst sonic experience ever and they need to be shut down, totally unacceptable.

  I ordered mozzarella stix and a large grape slush. Made me wait 40 min and then tell me they can't make anything i ordered. I asked for a refund manager said she couldn't because of the app. I asked for her boss and said come back tomorrow. I will never go to this sonic again or probably any sonic.

  I ordered food and it was never brought out. Being patient, I waited 10 to 15 minutes before calling the attendant, only to find out they assumed I had driven off... which I never did. They finally brought my food, but forgot my drink. The carhop promised to bring it right back out, but I ended up finishing my entire meal while still waiting for it. I had to call the attendant a second time just to finally get my drink. The total time from pressing the button to getting my drink was 43 minutes. If you think you can order here and be on your way in under 20 minutes, I strongly advise against this Sonic location.

  This is gotta be one of the Worst sonics. I just got this ice cream. I haven’t even taken a bite by the way, and this is how it looks. Mind you I did stir it because I Asked for chocolate syrup. There’s barely any And there was About 10 M&Ms just Sitting on the top of my ice cream. It’s just lazy and I hate to be mean but this is like super sad. It’s a six dollar ice cream at least give me my money’s worth……
