  My order was supposed to be ready when I arrived, but it had not even been started yet. I waited at the drive-thru window for several minutes and no one came to assist me, so I eventually went inside through the front door. It took a bit before anyone even acknowledged me, and a man finally asked if I was ordering or picking up. After waiting about 15 minutes, I went back inside to ask how much longer it would be. I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. During this time, I also noticed another customer sitting at the drive-thru window who appeared to be ignored as well. What concerned me most was the food handling. There were three girls working, and two of them were preparing food without gloves. I saw them wiping their hands on their clothes, touching their faces, and then continuing to handle the food. Even after bringing this up, they still did not have gloves on. I politely asked the man if they could please put on gloves. He hesitated but said he would take care of it. Management should really address these issues with staff. Basic food safety and customer service should be a priority, and the current practices were concerning. I hope management takes this seriously and works to improve both cleanliness and attentiveness at this location.

  I ordered 8 pizzas they all were made with thin crust which I didn’t ordered thin was very disappointing my pizza didn’t even taste right.

  I made a large order this week (25 pizzas first thing in the morning) and the manager Sierra (sorry if I misspelled that) was AMAZING! She was super friendly and awesome in getting my order to me right on time! The staff that was with her that day were so friendly too and very helpful loading all those pizzas up for me! Definitely recommend them!

  Every time I order pizza I ask them to put extra onions and the guy says we have pretty certain amounts of toppings we can put. Anything extra won’t change, it’s still the same. If that’s the case, I’ll pay regular pizza, not toppings. Hands down without a doubt that this is the worst Dominos I’ve been it. Horrible service and brainless workers.
