  The cook was rude my food was cold. He got mad when I said something and then pretended like it was fresh. I got my money back and the gave me more food and I trashed it. Nobody spitting in my food.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The employees were rude, arguing in the kitchen, and the entire place seemed completely disorganized. I was third in line waiting to order. The two people in front of me were helped, but when it was finally my turn, the employee just walked away to do something else, started talking to coworkers, got herself a small cup of ice cream, and stood there eating it while I continued waiting. Then she casually told me, “Just one moment.” I ordered a taco salad with a side of ranch, which I paid extra for. When my food was brought out, there was no ranch. I tried asking the employee who handed me my food, but she ignored me and kept walking. So I went back to the counter and waited again. When I finally got someone’s attention, the employee held up her finger and said, “One minute,” but made no effort to actually help or get the ranch. I asked another employee that was running food to cars and she brought the ranch from the kitchen and placed it in the window, but instead of simply handing it to me, the employee at the counter looked at it, looked at me, and then yelled to the kitchen asking where it went. All I wanted was to sit down and eat my food but it just ended up being a frustrating experience. No one was friendly, attentive, or seemed to care about customer service at all. No one even asked if I ever needed anything. These employees need proper training. I’ve never seen so much dysfunction in one restaurant.

  Had a blizzard. It was yummy! Drive through was fairly quick.
