Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- CMCamila MeraJun 25, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Whataburger in Giddings, TX. I was on a road trip and stopped to get a burger and fries. While eating in the car, I felt something strange in my fries and realized there was a piece of metal mixed in with them. I didn’t notice it right away, and by the time I discovered it, I was already about 30 minutes away, almost in Austin, so I couldn’t go back and report it in person. This is extremely concerning and very irresponsible because this could have seriously injured someone. Food safety should be taken much more seriousl

- JEJennifer EdwardsJun 11, 20263.0I was completely disappointed in this last visit as I was so looking forward to being able to plunge my crispy fries in my chocolate shake ( don't judge and don't knock it just try it you'll thank me) however despite ordering online as to not have to wait in line. We had to wait anyways, the fries were not at all crispy hot or even fresh, they tasted as though they had been sitting longer than there supposed to and the shake I ordered was a disgusting watery malt which OMG DON'T EVER GET A MALT HERE it went straight down the drain I'm usually satisfied with this location but I guess that isn't the case anymore and I will probably not visit again any time soon if ever. Still sad because Im still craving crispy FF dipped in shake.

Only vehicle in that line Live 5 mn away and food was cold when I got home Guess no more Mobile orders for me! 48.00 worth of cold food. They apologized for the wait told them as long as everything was hot ot was ok. Oohhh fresh made!
