During my visit, service seemed very unbalanced. One employee (I believe his name was Jayton) was constantly working between taking orders and bagging food, and he appeared to be the only one actively keeping things moving.
The other staff members didn’t seem very involved in the service during that time and were mostly on their phones while orders were still coming in, which slowed things down and put more pressure on the one worker who was actually handling tasks.
At one point, I also overheard a comment being made criticizing another employee’s work ethic, even though from what I saw, the most active worker was doing the majority of the job.Overall, the experience felt disorganized and uneven, with one employee carrying most of the workload while the rest of the team wasn’t contributing much to customer service. I believe one of there names to be ash something (not to banter this female but I want to let the owner know of good and bad employees)

Do not eat here!
Ordered a hamburger with no onions, they added them anyway. When I returned my burger, they re-wrapped and put in the bag for the drive through order. Yes, I touched the burger to make sure no onions were there. Sorry to the person who ate that burger, I did wash my hands so there’s that. I might add, this is multiple employees that saw and participated in the re gifting of food. I wonder if they do they same when food is dropped on the floor?

Not fast at all. They got my order wrong and my husband’s order wrong twice! Employees seem unhappy and don’t care about happy customers or service. They were out of Apple juice and ice cream, play area was closed, inside was dirty, flies everywhere and restrooms not clean. Hire people who actually care! Only stopped here because McDonald’s was too far! Will never stop here again!
Stopped here on our cross country road trip to charge our Tesla. I looked up the location ahead of time and saw they had a play place. On the way I told my husband and kids about it and got them all excited about it (and I was looking forward to them burning off some energy after sitting in the car). When we arrived they had a trash can in front of the door to the play place with a handwritten sign saying “DO NOT USE. Thank you”. We walked out of Sonic without even ordering any food because it was such a disappointment. Plus the whole restaurant just felt and looked very dirty. No thank you. We’ll spend our money elsewhere.

I've been to many, many Sonics. Generally, they're either okay or sub-par.. but this small town sonic is exceptional. For starters, this is a rare, dine-in Sonic WITH A PLAY AREA.
The staff is pretty cool- everyone was super chill and very friendly. The small town vibe and charm was very much present. The store wasn't super fancy but it was very much adequate and clean.
The food was decent- a bit underseasoned but overall fresh- nothing to write home about.
Otherwise, a solid Sonic to visit on long travels.
My only complaint was the flavor in the drink that I added could have been mixed. It was concentrated at the bottom- but this is cherry picking to death and is an overall tiny detail.
