  Sorryest double meat cheese burger I have ever had. This location Sonic in Ore City,Tx should not be allowed to have the Sonic name on their building. Since when did Sonic start making burgers with NO lettuce on it? Mine was that way as well as my wifes single meat burger. At the drive through, girl working there had the nerve to say that the only double meat burger was a "junior" burger. At the pick up window their manager informed his help that they indeed made a full size double meat burger. So much for the training the help is suppose to do. Needless to say wife refused the whole order and they had to redo it. Guess thats what P O'd them and why our burgers did not have the lettuce on it. Another advice is they need to NOT fry the French fries and the onion rings so hard. You could skip these across the lake like a flat rock. Couldn't eat half of ether they were so hard. Bottom line is there will not be a next time and we do NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. Sonic corporation if you are listening.....take your good name away from this place. They not doing you right.

  The last few years, I’ve always kinda dreaded coming to this Sonic. Today I stopped to grab my mom a cold drink & warm fries and receive the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received here. They were fast. Food was fresh. You could see everyone being productive and working on the inside. The drive thru window attendant was extremely sweet and the manager even held a nice, small conversation with me while I waited for my order. So happy to see the improvement! Continue to be awesome people and don’t let the pressure from the fast food industry take away from your amazing personalities!

  Giving 2 stars for everything however it should be zero. First and last time. Waited over an hour for our food only to be given the wrong items. Wound up leaving with what we were given because by then we were beyond hungry. Offered a refund. Still waiting on that. Very dissapointed

  Had cheese burger remade ordered mayonnaise and received ketchup and mayonnaise they were not busy at all and burgers both times tasted cold not even warm fries tasted old and cold been there for a bit they were redone too, but you could tell they used same fries and put back in fryer to warm up, you can tell by taste still old and taste refried extra crispy... Service was awesome and very friendly though...
