Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Order through window, either they get people mixed up and I pay for a different order, or they still mess up on the order while repeating it back to me. Get it fixed only for them to forget part of the order when they hand me my food EVERY TIME. I have to go park and go in every single time to get what’s missing. They give you your drink early on that by the time you leave, your ice is almost melted.

The employees do not have and customer service skills and act like the customers are an inconvenience. They never get the food order correct and it takes nearly 20 minutes to get through the drive through when you’re the only car in line. The employees do not wear any kind of hair net and when they are wearing gloves they touch all the door handles and then bring your food out to you wearing those same gloves. Absolutely ridiculous.
