  I have been ordering from this sonic from the last three days. But forever I don’t have ice in my drink. They were trying to charge me .30 to NOT have it. They said it’s the owner. I have been coming the last three days and was not charge so why today. I will no longer give this sonic my business. I told the manager that he took my order and made my reorder and was not charged at 6am. But now don’t recall smh

  I' m making a complaint on the behalf of another customer I saw it all. This young lady order something and it wasn't right so she returned it and they had the worst attitude one of the male employee looked like a manager with the headset on and the other male employee looked like a worker there. They both acted unprofessional like they wanted to fight her just because she returned a drink or shake. I told her to report them but she said this is something always happen at this place. I wouldn't never return back there myself. Unacceptable on those two young men behavior. The manager started it and then the other male reacted to him.

  I ordered 4 items but only got 3. I should have checked before leaving so I will from now on. I was telling a friend about having bad experiences at other places lately but not sonic. Now this.
