    Last 3 orders have been disappointing. Pizza ran thru oven and went into a can because employee wasn’t watching. Next order was made wrong and I waited for another one. Today I went to take out an ordered pizza and there was nobody tending the register or making pizzas. I waited a few minutes and finally used their ring for service. Nobody came to the front. Finally a delivery driver walked in from the back door and I asked if anyone was in the store. He just shrugged his shoulders and gave me my cold pizza. Been doing business here for many years, but service has been bad. The franchise owner needs to address his hiring practice. It was my last trip…3 strikes!

    Mourning your loved ones never ends. Apparently to give a review I had to choose 1 star, but I don’t feel it deserves that. We don’t support the Dominos restaurants in the Orange area or otherwise. June 04 of 2024, around 2:00pm, my sister Rachel had a heart attack at the Domino’s restaurant on Hwy 87 across from LCM High School. She was a hard, dedicated employee of this store, even opening the store sometimes before a manager could arrive on time. The back door had been unsafely secured for quite some time and never was fixed, but Rachel showed up anyway trying to get the day started. She was typically a driver for deliveries to the school and the plants nearby. The day our loved one had her heart attack in this store, not one person even the manager on duty could try and give her CPR to try keeping her alive until the ambulance arrived. We lost our loved one, Rachel. Nothing can change our heartache. My point to this is when you go into a public place for service, you should expect that business to have the equipment in their place of business and trained management and employees on duty to exercise CPR if needed. It could save your life or someone you love.

    Domino's usually has done us right, but not tonight. We were very disappointed. First, out total was $15.41. I had a $10 gift card I used and paid $6.00 in cash. I should have received $0.59 in return. I didn't count the change, just stuck it in my pocket. When I got home, I only received $0.49. Not a big deal, but please make sure those who are using the register no how to count. The biggest issue is that we ordered a medium 2-topping pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. I know for a medium pepperoni, the norm is around 30 pieces, a little less to allow for other toppings. I counted 25 pepperoni, which is just under the norm for a 1 topping pizza, but for a 2 topping pizza, with extra pepperoni, there should have been way more than this. We also had a large 5 topping pizza (we picked our toppings) with chicken. We were charged extra for chicken, not sure why this is the only location that does it, and we only got 9 tiny pieces of chicken. Come on Domino's, let's try to give a little effort. We love your pizzas, but this round was on the disappointing side. We hate to stop coming for these types of reasons.
