  If you have an afternoon or an entire evening waiting for your food, that most likely, will be made wrong, this is the place for you. The Orange Grove DQ used to be the best DQ around, but over the last few years the wait time has gotten ridiculously long, and it is a surprise if your order actually is made correctly. I waited 30 minutes tonight for a Sunday and a blizzard, and finally just left without even getting them. This will be my last trip the the OG DQ. It’s faster to just drive to Mathis!!! Side note- this was after we waited 30 minutes for our original food order, that of course, was not made correctly.

  The service was bad. My friend and I went through drive thru and placed two 6 piece chicken tender orders and two slushies. My friend paid and one order was missing. They told us to wait while they started the other order. Waited 30 minutes. My friend walked in and ask about our order. They forgot. But they didnt forget the whole order but quick to get the money. Bith slushies were watered down and very heavy on syrup. Worst service. My friend requested for her money. Canceled the order. Probably won't go back. Stripes gas station had good tacos. Quick service too.

  I have given this DQ several chances due to limited food choices in Orange Grove and I work out here some days. This time I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal. It came with 5, 2 of which were the size of nuggets. When they handed me the box there was what I think was chocolate on the bottom of the box and when I opened it the toast also had some on it. The honey mustard busted in the box. Just overall seems like the employees and management don't care, theres always problems.

  Last night they gave my whole family food poisoning. My mom wife and 2 year old all haven been throwing up and have had diarrhea since eating the chicken strips there. My mom and wife ordered a taco salad and of course this Dairy Queen got the order wrong like they do 75% of the time, and gave them a crispy chicken salad. Got them sick. My son ate 1 chicken strip and got sick. Great job as usual guys, taking out whole families because yall can’t make chicken right or get orders right as usual
