  Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever had. The girl at the counter was rude and hateful to several people. Some people walked out after not being waited on. A couple of people wanted their money back because it took so long to get their food. It took 45 minutes to get a chicken taco salad and it was cold. The girl lied saying it was just made. Then her and the other two employees started making fun of the customers that had complained. I was furious by the time I told her she needed a different job because her customer service sucks. I have never been pushed to saying something like that to another employee. I can promise you I will never go back. This Dairy Queen is in Olney, TX. May 7, 2026. It was 7PM when we got there and left at 8PM.

  Just go inside to order. They tell you to pull around to the front and sit in your car for 10 minutes anyway

  It was by far the best and cleanest dairy Queen on Earth I've ever been to. The manager and the staff were super friendly something like I've never seen before. My wife got a kids meal even though she's 42 years old. They had no problem giving her her dessert. Even going on Christmas Eve the staff and everyone was just super kind and friendly.
