  I placed an online order through the Whataburger app at 3:00 PM, and the app said my order would be ready by 3:21 PM. I arrived on time and waited in the parking lot, but by 3:40 PM I still hadn’t received my food. That’s already 10 minutes past the promised pickup time, and I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes with no update What made it even more frustrating was that the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. There was nobody in line and the store wasn’t packed, so I don’t understand why an online order took so much longer than the estimated pickup time. If the app gives customers a pickup time, it should be accurate, or at the very least there should be communication if there’s going to be a delay. This experience was disappointing, and I hope they improve their service and better manage online orders.

  This is my second time eating here, and the service is perfect. Both times, I was served by the same young woman—Jackie—who was very attentive and friendly. It’s great that they have employees like that.

  Matías que trabaja ahí me dio muy buena atención, excelente servicio y la comida super fresca y rica. Probé en otra locación y la comida estaba seca y fría. Estoy muy satisfecha con esta locación. Muchas felicidades para los trabajadores de aquí ✨🫶🏻

  This location has managers/supervisors who don’t send out quality food, and this isn’t my first time at this location. They hand out chicken that’s been sitting and will just refry it if you asked for them to give you one that hasn’t been… They are taking food in and out through the window and not putting it in waste containers which I believe is cross contamination since the customer had it in their possession and opened it and touched it. Save yourself the trouble and got to the one off of 42nd street.

  Came to this location to get fresh apple pies, that’s exactly how I ordered them btw. No one was in the drive thru, they weren’t busy at all. The girl who took my order said okay they’d make them fresh and I know it’s a 7 min wait so typically they pull me up to wait but when arriving to the next window he just handed them to me; I opened them and they weren’t even hot and you could tell they were the ones they had cook earlier so I asked for a manager to get the fresh pies I ordered… The manager (Caucasian Male) said to pull up and it would be a wait and they would bring them out once done; the picture posted is how they brought them to me. So I went back in the drive through and showed the manager and he said he’d fix it and wasn’t sure what they were doing and then parked me and just re-fried the same pie (over cooked it, along with puncturing it) and handed it out like I wouldn’t notice…
