  Yesterday, I purchased two lemon pepper rotisserie chickens along with some groceries. When I got home and opened one of the chickens, I was very disappointed. The chicken was burnt, dry, and had an unpleasant taste. Even my teenagers, who usually aren't too picky, said it was disgusting. Unfortunately, I had to agree with them. Because the quality was so poor, I returned both rotisserie chickens and received a refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the rotisserie chicken from this store. In my opinion, H-E-B offers much better rotisserie chicken than United Supermarkets or Walmart. H-E-B's chicken looks more appealing, tastes better, and is much more moist instead of being dry and overcooked.🤢🤮

  I'm upset with the bakery and I'll get right to it. For one thing, if you're going to ask for my number for any questions, alternatives, or to tell me when it's ready, let's use it. I go and pick up my son's cake, and what's the point of me purchasing the image, for them just to cover up the main characters' faces? They've told me in the past that they could type and print what I want on there if needed. If they couldn't fit the writing on there, they could've called and let me know before ruining my son's cake. No they couldn't take it off, or discount anything. Of course I'm going to buy it though, it's our cake, and I doubt anyone would want to buy it that way anyway. I'll be taking my business to HEB. Because there was no common sense today. What a waste of an image.

  As far as a little mold or bugs in produce, I make it MY responsibility to check expiration dates on EVERYTHING before I purchase. People need to realize, especially with prepackaged items that it is somewhat impossible to catch everything. But knowing that the Company stands behind their guarantee it can always be returned for your satisfaction. JEREMY you were wrong to call the employees lazy! That store is immaculate every time I go in. Why don't you go to work there and see if you can contribute something positive.
