Mind you I ordered hours in advanced. Very disappointed. To top it off associate told me to enjoy my family, even if we have to eat pb&j. Never again!

Since H-E-B was the closest option, we decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad we did. We showed up about 30 minutes early to make sure we had enough time to order and get everything back before lunch, and that’s where Doss completely saved the day. Even though they weren’t officially open yet, he stepped in without hesitation and took care of us like we were his top priority. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed to feed a hungry group. It’s not every day you run into someone willing to go above and beyond like that, especially before opening hours. Because of Doss, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly impressive. The food was great, but the customer service is what really stood out. Huge thank you to him! We’ll definitely be back!
