When we said we were paying with cash and couldn't use the self-checkout, the employee became visibly irritated. Then, when I politely asked for one more container of barbecue sauce, she turned to her coworker and said, "Ugh, you deal with him." That level of unprofessionalism was completely unnecessary. To make matters worse, we were given only about half of the brisket we paid for, and when we started eating, we found a fly in the potato salad. That was the final straw. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customers deserve to be treated with respect and served food that is safe to eat. This location used to be a place we looked forward to visiting, but the quality of both the customer service and the food has declined dramatically. I'm honestly grossed out and extremely disappointed.
