  Seriously only open less than 3 months and so many issue!! We've tried this location a few different times and it's just getting worse! 1st time understandably was only 2 weeks after opening so drive thru line took long. 2nd time we ate in and took too long for our food when there was hardly anybody inside. But this 3rd time was ridiculous! Ordered on the app 15 minutes before we showed up(finally able to)took another 20-30minutes to get our food. 1 person sitting inside and only 2 vehicles in the drive thru! When we first showed up I went to the counter to get our drinks and the lady mopping the front area didn't even acknowledge me. Finally asked her for help and she didn't speak English and grabbed somebody from the back to help. Then their Baja blast, blast zero, and blast midnight were all out so I went to tell them. Again same lady in the front and since I knew she didn't speak English I tried Spanish but she still refused to speak to me and grabbed the other lady again. Who then proceeded to tell me not one person currently there could change the drink syrups out, only 1 manager who wasn't there could. I worked at TB many years ago on 42nd as a teenager, I know its not hard to change those out! This is ridiculous for a brand new store! Edited to add: they told me later they were out of the syrups for those drinks and they were also out of hot sauce. Watched as vehicle after vehicle came in and out thru the drive thru line quickly but our order(which was placed 20 minutes before we got here) took 15-minutes over the time I was given on the app.

  Really bad. Food was all wrong and we waited 50 minutes.

  Waited in a line that didnt move for 5-10 minutes two separate times. Maybe next year when they replace management and train the staff I will consider returning.

  All I really have to say... check your order before leaving! They WILL short you something. I was really hoping this location would be better than the one off of 42nt. But its damn near the exact same.

  Had to remake my order 4 times before i just left never once did they get it right plus no refund. Ended up not eating lunch due to lack of time would not recommend to anyone. Just very very poor service
