  My extra long cheese was not cooked right there wiener was hard likw it wasn't cooked long enough.

  Messing up a drink twice and blaming your teenage workers is insane work on behalf of Diana the manager then not even being able to converse with a customer is even more upsetting especially for the people who work for this place they feel blamed when it is entirely management's fault. Get a competent manager on your drink station or at least one who is kind to workers. One sprite wasnt made and when it arrived had no coloring for the flavorings we added being told oh it blends in when the first drink is very pigmented.

  I had a great experience because one of the young ladies last night! I came around 9 they were super friendly, helpful and had such a positive attitude. They made sure everything was taken care of and made my visit really enjoyable, great customer service!!!!

  Absolutely horrible!! People are very rude! They close too early and give no real answers. My husband showed up at 9:30pm and they close at 10pm and they refused to serve him because they were already cleaning. Whoever owns this one, needs to do better. Horrible service.

  I showed up at 9:40 to try and order and the Young Lady said I'm sorry sir were closed now were already cleaning up. I tried to ask what time they stop serving and she said were not serving anymore. I repeated the question one more time What TIME do yall stop serving and she turned the microphone off on me and disregarded my question. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior when I'm just trying to ask a question. How does a store supposedly close at 10:30 but stops serving at 9:40 when I had already arrived. There's no telling when they actually stop serving. COMPLETE Waste of Time and that's so ridiculous. Needs New Competant Staff that isn't rude and can understand a question.
