  Came to the Sonic on 87th Street it was closer to our house got there push the red button waited 30 minutes nobody ever answered the call button so I decided to go through the drive-thru I finally got to order my food and when I did the chicken was burnt just little chunks of chicken not even strips this is unacceptable I don't ever hardly eat out but when I do I would like my food to be fresh

  Have came several times. There are times it is not even close to closing but the lights were completely off. We came and they asked us to wait but another car next to us pulled up and they took their order right away. Then when we pushed the button again the girl sounded rude and annoyed. Food always take forever even though they are never packed. Fries taste like they were made earlier and just heated up.

  Sonic has always been a reliable stop for me when I need something to drink or grab a quick bite to eat. And for most locations this is still true, however this specific location has consistently let me down. Mainly with the service wait times ranging from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, today I just wanted a large soda it was me and one other car and I waited there for 20 minutes before driving away. I love the sonic drinks so this is very disappointing.
