  Went to saltgrass today, ordered a mozzarella and chicken fried chicken Julio was on point with customer service and staff!! 10/10 will be coming back

  Jordan our server was transferred from another Salt Grass to help out at this location. He was 10 stars. He started with introducing himself to offering and explaining some premier drinks and appetizers Once he took drink order he brought amazing bread with the drinks. He took our order and timed out the appetizer to soups to our meal perfectly. There is nothing worse the getting at all at once. I loved the fact each course can out temp perfect. The red fish is offered blackened. I'm not a Cajun lover and I was wanting the Oscar topping. He allowed me to modify the redfish with Oscar topping. Once I realized a sangria would pair perfectly with my fish. Asking Jordan. He promptly got a drink to me to enjoy with my meal Lastly offered us dessert. All 12 points of perfect service were hit. Pre bussed and offering and describing appetizers and desserts. Great job.

  Took my grandson out for graduation. I can honestly say that I will not be returning to saltgrass to eat again. The food was bad. Had to wait a long time to get it. Server was OK. My food had to be removed from the ticket. It was so bad.

  Service was phenomenal! Friendly waitress and staff! Manager is great! Food was delicious! Although my steak was cooked wrong. They made everything right. Will definitely be coming back to this establishment!

  At first service was great and fast. When i got my bourbon bacon it was black and ashy. Didnt think much of it. When i got my steak, i ordered medium well and also got it burnt to a crisp. About 1/8 of the outside was also black and ashy.. manager noticed but i dont return food or get it replaced. I have too many friends in the food industry. I sucked it up then waitress never came back. 15 -- 20 minutes pass and no refills , then my wife starts choking on her dry steak that she has to run to the bathroom and drink from sink. I had to go get anather waitress to cash me out. Asked for the manager , he came half way out and went back to kitchen. .on the way out the female maneger stoped to talk to me, but by then i was already too mad and didnt want to insult anybody that had no fault. So iwe walked out
